    I eat healthy , 4-6times a day No Fast Food , no chips , nothing like that … Only good food sometimes i eat some **** food but only like 1 time by 2 weeks… who doesnt ?

    I Do Cardio almost every day , i do Gym and all this exercises like abs , Chest Workouts , Legs workouts etc…

    I got a 4pack in some weeks by doing this because my fat was already lower but lower abs are much more difficult … but im trying … this exercises make u feel much better about your body …

    It’s important to differentiate between the hip flexor muscles and the abdominals. Also, it’s important to strengthen the lower back muscles as well to avoid back problems.

    when the exercises get too easy try another routine or make sure you have shoes on when you do it. extra weight on your feet and ankles help. When i do exercises like this i always strap ankle weights on. Try it, that way you wont have to do so many reps and you’ll save time and it”ll give you a way better workout

    when did he say that he thought he was better than everyone else? I hate people who make these stupid generalizations about other people that don’t make any sense. Keith is trying to give other people a chance to get into shape, feel better physically and feel better about themselves. This makes people healthy and should improve the quality and length of their lives. What part of that makes you hate people like that?

    Yes, so they have a higher metabolism than most, if not, all adults. So it’s easier for them to burn off the fat, but still the principle is the same: you don’t necessarily have to have a good diet, just low fat. the diet helps you lose fat. But I definitely know what you mean, if someone wants a 6-pack, cardio, ab exercises, and a good diet is definitely the way to go.

    13lbs thats to light..u need someweight thats gonna make it hard for u to get up i suggest a 20pd one ..u dont have to rest but if u do a 20sec rest is good..n dirty scary ur a fucken idiot a real pipmp gets chossn lol i get sexually harassed at school, do to my muscles n six pack lol even my teachr miss.alfred be gettin some.     and to get more outa the exercises hold the position for about 2 seconds each, and the burn will be some much more intence, but fulfilling
