    Hanging leg raises from a pull up bar are a lot more intense than lying leg raises. Hanging leg raises are the only ab exercise i do and my upper and lower abs are completely burned.

    I think I have the same type of body as you. Just run hard. No slack jogs, if its a jog it’s probably too light. You should be really out of breath after Cardio. I can hardly walk up the stairs after mine.even though its mostly in the kitchen, and the intense cardio, you still need to have the muscle. I remember when I was running every day 1) I felt the greatest I have ever felt. and 2) I had the best body I have ever had.

    Vary between HIIT sprints (google HIIT) and longer runs.

    Uhm. i have a belly. but i’d say im fit? idk. im just a little bit on the large side. If i flex my abs. u can see something.. im i still got a belly regardless. haha

    @wushu360 im a 7th grade i bench 160 squat 225 and hang clean 145 so does that mean i shouldnt do this cause im in middle school?

    Check out my abs, i only do hanging leg raises on the popular ‘iron gym’ doorway bar… no other ab exercises.
