Maybe you’re not really eating as healthy as you can? Also, like others have said, do MORE cardio. Go out and buy a bike, if you don’t have one, and ride for an hour or two. Go swimming. Try and do cardio at least 4 days a week if not 5-6. That’s your best bet. Also, the more muscle you have on you, the more calories you’ll burn by just resting. Hope this helps!

hehe, I am that naturally lean and Fast metabolism type. I suggest the scooby dude for ur type. That doesn’t mean u can get help from vince’s too, but u know the workout advices and such

Try changing the way you train. Actually, try do interval training. 5 mins of jogging (normal to high intensity) and then 5-10 secound of pure running. That should get your body burning fat. Do this for at least 20 mins, but not so long that you destroy yourself. There is always a risk of overtraining.

Hey! Yea, that’s what I have been doing…(Tom Venuto recommends the same thing btw). Wake up early morning —> 2 cups of water —> intense cardio for 30-45 mins. Done Deal. I guess I am seeing results as far as GAINING MUSCLE. But not much results when it comes to LOOSING PURE BELLY FAT….which is my #1 problem area. We’ll see…when it comes down to it…it’s just trying every possible combination possible when it comes to exercise, then keeping what works….
Then do cardio more often, try doing cardio in the morning before you eat breakfast maybe when ur body doesn’t have carbs and will go rite to burning fat maybe?

) who are naturally in the upper end of the MESOMORPHIC body type..tom venuto says everyone gets results..some just take longer..but is this really true? I have been eating a clean diet + cardio 3 days/wk but cant seem to shed the LAST 20LBS. Is it genetic? Thanks for the videos!
