    doesn’t matter. there is some evidence they respond better to low weight/high rep, but this isn;t 100% proven.

    just start doing different exercises than you normally do, or add weight.
    if you cannot add weight or reps, take rest and try again next time.

    @fleury1991 I hit mine once a week.. But I am bumping it up to 3, which is what I reccomend for the general masses. Some people can get away with more, and if you are doing simply crunches or sit-up off the floor you can get away with 5 days a week or more.

    Could you clear up one question for me? I have been readin for years how many times a week to do abs.. some people say every day, some say once in a while and some say once a week.. how often would you hit abs?

    That all depends on what ogranization you do, and even what class you pick. The Teen class, Junior (or sometimes collegiate), and masters classes are all by age.. Organizations like the OCB break their divisions down by height, where as the NPC goes strictly by weight.

    Is it normal that when I do the workout you’re doing 6:10 I have weird bladder issues? Sounds odd I know, but after a while (especially on heavier sets) when hitting reps 20-30 I have this strong instinct to pee.

    It gets really annoying since I’ll have to finish the set (or cut it short) and head to the bathroom. Not sure if the crunch motion with the heavy weights causes it to press against the bladder, but wondering if it has ever happened to you (of if you’ve heard similar stories elsewhere)

    My abs are coming along Well after I realized What you said about the entire contraction and not just heavy weights.. Thanks for the vid! but I dont know much about oblique work

    A superb physique. But I find very muscular guys like him intimidating though. If I lived on the same street as this guy I’d tread carefully. And if I thought that he was angry with me about something then I’d be very worried!
